My favorite Journal

Chase and I are making an attempt to be healthier all around

Our new journal the "Journal of love" goes something like this almost every night

step 1  We write down everything we ate that day
step 2  We write a love note on the back side of the previous page

It really has helped us and even now I love looking back at previous notes.
